A practical workflow
- Open loop starts when a customer writes in; the loop remains open until the customer receives a reply closing the loop.
- Handled loop means work is done but reply is still owed; the loop remains open until the reply is sent.
- Replied loop means the customer has been told and the loop is closed, removing it from the queue.
