These terms cover the CostPerSeat directory and its tools.

Directory information

Profiles and estimates help you research products. Prices and features can change; check the linked official sources before purchasing. Estimates exclude taxes and unrecorded charges. Editorial review is a review of recorded evidence, not a guarantee of suitability, security, or results.

Accounts and profile ownership

Keep your account secure. Only claim a product you are authorised to represent. Basic listings and current owner tools are free. Claiming a profile does not buy editorial approval or a search ranking.

Contributions

Only submit accurate information and content you have permission to share. By submitting profile content, you allow us to display it and retain a public change history. Do not submit private personal information, misleading claims, unlawful content, malware, or phishing links. We may correct or remove unsuitable entries and restrict abusive accounts.

Enquiries and saved lists

Saved tools and lists are private to your account. Enquiries are visible to their author, the relevant profile owner, and authorised administrators. Do not include sensitive information in enquiries.

Previous advertising purchases

The pixel board and marketplace are retired and new transactions are closed. Historical purchase records are retained. This directory update does not rewrite the terms that applied to an earlier transaction.
