A practical workflow

Download the .dmg file, drag TeraConvert into the Applications folder, and open it on macOS Apple Silicon Macs.
If macOS blocks opening the app, right-click and choose Open once; subsequent launches open normally.
The app installs extra conversion tools automatically via Homebrew when needed, after prompting the user.
