A practical workflow
- Open the workspace by hovering over the Mac’s notch or pressing Option–N; add tasks, start focus sessions, jot notes, or check calendar events; close the workspace to continue working with the timer visible in the notch.
- Set a focus timer with a time limit or use a stopwatch; pause, resume, or add five minutes as needed; timers pause automatically when the Mac sleeps.
- Turn a note line into a task by placing the cursor on the line and pressing Command–Return; notes save automatically.
