A practical workflow

After payment, download the EPUB file and send it to the Kindle device using the Send to Kindle service linked to the Amazon account.
Select the Kindle model, upload a photo, crop it to fit, then proceed to checkout to generate the lock screen file.
To use a custom lock screen, remove Special Offers ads first, then enable the Show Covers on Lock Screen setting on the Kindle.
