If a URL or SNS account changes but is confirmed to be the same site or service, the BOOST history can be maintained and URL updated.
If the site or service changes substantially to a different business, past BOOST may not transfer to the new listing.
If SNS accounts are banned or suspended, the listing may be temporarily hidden or stopped until a new account is confirmed.
